The purpose of this review was to uncover the influence of strength training programs on the physical preparedness of Olympic combat sport (OCS) athletes. The current study investigates how self-efficacy, demonstrated by one's capacity to understand anti-phishing techniques, and protection motivation, represented by one's attitude towards sharing personal information online, affect susceptibility to phishing attacks via instant messaging. With a focus on improving interventions against phishing victimization, the protection motivation theory (PMT) was evaluated within the framework of attitudes toward sharing personal information online.
Through non-probability purposive sampling, data was collected. A partial least squares structural equation modelling analysis using SmartPLS version 40.86 was carried out on the data gathered from an online survey of 328 Malaysian active instant messaging users.
The study's results reveal a relationship between an individual's cognitive factors, including high or low self-efficacy, and their risk of becoming a victim of instant message phishing. A crucial factor in susceptibility to phishing attacks was a high degree of self-efficacy coupled with a negative outlook on sharing personal information online. The tendency to withhold personal information online was a mediating factor in the relationship between high self-efficacy and susceptibility to phishing. Internet users exhibiting high levels of self-efficacy also displayed negative attitudes. The effectiveness of phishing is directly correlated with online attitudes concerning the sharing of personal information.

Urinary 8-OHdG levels were quantified using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), and genotyping of HFE SNPs, rs1799945 (C/G) and rs1800562 (G/A), was performed using TaqMan assays. Our data indicated that individuals possessing at least one variant allele for HFE rs1799945 (CG or GG) exhibited a tendency towards elevated PLL levels compared to those with the non-variant genotype (r = 0.34; p = 0.0043). Furthermore, PLL levels displayed a significant correlation with urinary 8-OHdG levels (r = 0.19; p = 0.0006), with workers carrying the variant genotype for HFE rs1800562 (A-allele) demonstrating a substantial increase in urinary 8-OHdG, contingent on their PLL levels (r = 0.78; p = 0.0046).
